ClubLadders is for people aged 13 and over. It is designed for clubs to organize matches, standings, and tournaments, not for private messaging or sharing personal contact information.

Privacy by default

New clubs are private and invitation links require owner or admin approval by default. Public club listings, open invitations, Discord webhooks, and public live tournament links are optional settings controlled by club owners.

How to report a concern

Use the Report button on a club listing or invitation page to report a club, invitation, or member concern. The site administrator reviews submitted reports. For a concern about a user, an under-13 account, or something you cannot report in the app, email support@clubladders.com.

What can happen after a report

We may review the information provided and take action allowed by the service, including restricting public visibility, suspending access, or banning an account. We cannot provide emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Use good judgment

Do not share anyone's private contact details, address, school information, passwords, or other sensitive information. Ask permission before using a public link or Discord webhook that could show club details to people outside your club.
