ClubLadders is working to make its website and service usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility target.

Our approach

We consider accessibility as we build and update ClubLadders. We also review feedback, test key workflows, and work to address barriers that affect access to the service. Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts of the service may not yet work as intended for every person or every assistive technology setup.

Need help or found a barrier?

Email support@clubladders.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. If possible, include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the browser, device, or assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and will work to provide an alternative way to access a feature where reasonable.
